Question:  Why am I receiving an error message stating I have an invalid phone number?
Answer:  The common solution is that BOTH the shipping and billing addresses need to have the phone number fields completed.  Updates to one of the fields are not transferred to the corresponding field.  Accepted formats include but are not limited to: 555-555-5555, 5555555555, (555) 555-555. Do not use slashes "/". There needs to be at least ten digits entered into both the billing phone field and the shipping phone field.  If you wish not to provide your phone number, you can just enter 1234567890 (or any other 10 digit dummy phone number) into both the billing phone field and the shipping phone field to circumvent this requirement. 

Question: What is the correct way to enter my credit card number?
Answer:  Please enter your 16 digit credit card number WITHOUT spaces or dashes. For example: 1111222233334444.

Question: What is the registration/password?
Answer:  We require a valid email address in order
to send an order confirmation email and also in
case we need to contact you about your order.  By registering an account using your email and a password you can return to the site, log in and view your order information.  It also allows you to save your information so that you can expedite the check out process during your future orders.  You can check out as a guest but you will be unable to return and check all of your order information.  You will also have reenter all of your information during future orders. 

Question: I have all the information completed, why am I still receiving an error message?
Answer: Please make that you have checked the box indicating that you have agreed to the terms and conditions.  Also make sure that all the fields with asterisk in both the billing and shipping addresses are completed. 

Question:  Why is my credit card not being accepted?
Answer:  The most common problem is that the billing address provided does not match the billing address of the credit card.  Also, double check and make sure that the 16 digit card number, expiration date and CVV2 number (the 3 digit security code on the back of your card) is correct.  If using American Express, the CVV2 number is a 4 digit number on the front of your card.
